By signing up for kanaal, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Scope of the service
kanaal provides learning content to help you prepare for the Dutch civic integration (inburgering) exams. It is not an official examination body and does not guarantee any exam result. Scores on practice exams are for practice purposes only.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secret.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
- We may suspend your account if it is used in breach of these rules.
Membership and payment
Plans run for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Payment is made by bank transfer; your membership is activated once the payment has been confirmed. Refunds for an activated membership are assessed case by case in correspondence with our support team.
Content and intellectual property
The lessons, questions and texts on the platform belong to kanaal. They may not be copied, shared or sold for any purpose other than your own personal study.
Community rules
- Be respectful; insults, harassment and discrimination are not allowed.
- Don't share other people's personal information.
- Don't publish real exam questions.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes by email or with a notification on the site.
