My microphone isn't working
What to check if recording doesn't start on speaking questions.
Speaking questions need your browser's permission to use the microphone. If recording doesn't start, try these steps in order:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar and set microphone access to Allow.
- Close any other app that is using the microphone (such as a video call).
- Refresh the page and try again.
